So essentially this is the basic T-pose for when you start out rigging a character to be posed.
For this pose I used the FK system to rotate the arms into the proper position. I also brought both of his shoulders up to give it more of a shoulder shrug look. I moved his left leg forward and the right hip down to show that his weight was on his right hip.
For this Pose all i really had to do was grab multiple back controls and rotate them so that his back would have an arch. Unlike in the previous picture I used the IK system in his arms to move his hands down so that he would be touching his toes.
Im a fan of martial arts moves, so thats what inspired me to do this pose from the famous movie the karate kid. I went back to using the FK system for his arms to get this pose so as to get the arms up. I pulled his left foot up using the main foot control and then rotated it down with the heel control. For the right foot I rotated the ball control on his foot to have his toe stay on the ground, but his heel go up into the air.
For my final pose I put him into the fetal position, having him look all down and depressed. For this pose I moved his feet out in front of him with the main foot control and rotated the heel control to have his feet go up into the air. I then brought his hips down to the ground with his COG (center of gravity) control, and then rotated the upper back controls to get the ark in his back. For his arms I used the FK system to rotate his arms close to his legs and his hands closer to his knees.
